Commercial Project

The winter months were kind to Noralle when time was of the essence during the build of new offices for Cosgrove Leisure Park (A local holiday home and touring caravan park). Construction started at the end of the camping season and the final finishing touches were made just in time for the following new season to begin.
Noralle’s first commercial project was a complete success.

Busy Times!

Whilst new build sites have been difficult to find, Noralle have been successful in winning a number of 'self build' contracts which has kept us very busy.

Bespoke Home

In this current market we were delighted to find a buyer on our latest stone built home just as the roof was being fitted. This early sale enabled our buyer to change some of the specifications to suit their lifestyle, providing them with a truly bespoke home.

New Managing Director

The big news of 2010 was the promotion of Lorraine Goring to Managing Director. This is a well earned position for a very capable lady. Lorraine has been with the company over fourteen years and was previously employed at an Architectural practice.

In addition to running the business Lorraine is responsible for internal finishes including kitchens, bathrooms and lighting.

Matt Sharples, as project director takes projects from initial meetings through to competitive quotations and completion of works. Regular meetings with clients are held throughout all projects.

Quality Award 20101st Prize for Noralle Development!

In 2010, Noralle won 1st prize for The Best Built Single House in the Stratford upon Avon District. The prize was awarded by the Local Authority Building Control.

Local Social Housing

Noralle have used their expertise to identify a local social housing site and assisted with consultations through to planning. Local knowledge allowed them to smooth negotiations and speed the process.

2009 - A good year for Noralle

Despite the newspaper reports 2009 has been kind to Noralle with our houses selling like the proverbial hot cakes. Our two and three bedroom homes at Southam sold rapidly with one attempt to gasump, which we declined.

Three individual bespoke homes are under construction for clients in Warwickshire, with others tendered for Given the shortage of building land locally Noralle have also taken on several contracting projects ranging from House extensions to a Farmhouse renovation all contracts being won on competitive quotations.

Whilst this has been happening we have completed preliminary works prior to construction on a on a twelve house social Housing project which should commence early in the New year.

Busy Year

Noralle have had a busy year working on a range of projects including bespoke homes under contract, Barn and farmhouse renovations for clients and assisting with planning matters for Com1, proven need housing in Stratford District. We are also working with various organisations to assist with social housing in local villages and are willing to appraise any prospective sites free of charge.

Wedding Bells

Our managing director, Bernard Alsop, and his wife were delighted to be invited to the wedding of clients some 6 years after selling them a stone built house at Weldon. The invitation read, "It's your fault for selling us the house". Bernard said, "We really feel privileged to be invited and were so pleased the couple had the weather they deserved on the day. The setting for the big day was perfect, with the sun shining as we looked over Rutland Water with drinks in the garden.. How many builders have clients such as these?"

Noralle receive planning permission on Southam new development

Noralle have recently won planning permission for the last five houses prior to the moritorium on new building in the Stratford district. These are on a secluded site within easy walking distance of Southam Town Centre. The two, three and four bed properties are adjacent to the ancient Wattons Lane, which was the original main coaching road into Southam from Stratford and Warwick. Kilsby development SOLD

Noralle were recently delighted to close the sale of the final property on the Kilsby development. Noralle celebrate 21 Years

To celebrate Noralle's 21st anniversary, Bernard Alsop is taking his staff and partners to Prague in the Czech Republic for a welcome Spring break. Bernard commented, "Our trip to Prague is a thank you to everyone who has helped to build Noralle into the successful company that it is today. We have only achieved our success through hard work, dedication, and working as a team, every individual has played a vital role. Given its wonderful architecture Prague seems the obvious choice!".

Southam site reveals final phases

January 22nd 2004

The New Year has seen much progress at the Southam development. Progress on Cedar House continues for a Spring completion and full details are now available from Noralle. The second phase Mill View will now be made available for auction. It has approved planning and building regulations consent for the proposed conversion to two separate dwellings including a four bedroom and three bedroom property both offering two bathrooms. Phase three will see the development of four Victorian style two bedroom cottages by the names of Ivy Cottage, Holly Cottage, Jasmine Cottage and Hawthorn Cottage, prices ranging from £165,000 with completion from August 2004.
