Southam site reveals final phases

January 22nd 2004

The New Year has seen much progress at the Southam development. Progress on Cedar House continues for a Spring completion and full details are now available from Noralle. The second phase Mill View will now be made available for auction. It has approved planning and building regulations consent for the proposed conversion to two separate dwellings including a four bedroom and three bedroom property both offering two bathrooms. Phase three will see the development of four Victorian style two bedroom cottages by the names of Ivy Cottage, Holly Cottage, Jasmine Cottage and Hawthorn Cottage, prices ranging from £165,000 with completion from August 2004.
