Noralle receive planning permission on Southam new development

Noralle have recently won planning permission for the last five houses prior to the moritorium on new building in the Stratford district. These are on a secluded site within easy walking distance of Southam Town Centre. The two, three and four bed properties are adjacent to the ancient Wattons Lane, which was the original main coaching road into Southam from Stratford and Warwick. Kilsby development SOLD

Noralle were recently delighted to close the sale of the final property on the Kilsby development.
