2009 - A good year for Noralle
Despite the newspaper reports 2009 has been kind to Noralle with our houses selling like the proverbial hot cakes. Our two and three bedroom homes at Southam sold rapidly with one attempt to gasump, which we declined.
Three individual bespoke homes are under construction for clients in Warwickshire, with others tendered for Given the shortage of building land locally Noralle have also taken on several contracting projects ranging from House extensions to a Farmhouse renovation all contracts being won on competitive quotations.
Whilst this has been happening we have completed preliminary works prior to construction on a on a twelve house social Housing project which should commence early in the New year.
We welcome the oppurtunity to quote for more local projects. |

Wedding Bells
Our managing director, Bernard Alsop, and his wife were delighted to be invited to the wedding of clients some 6 years after selling them a stone built house at Weldon. The invitation read, "It's your fault for selling us the house".
Bernard said, "We really feel privileged to be invited and were so pleased the couple had the weather they deserved on the day. The setting for the big day was perfect, with the sun shining as we looked over Rutland Water with drinks in the garden.. How many builders have clients such as these?" |
