Bramley / Pippin / Pear Tree Cottages

The cottages have red brick walls and slate grey tiles to the roofs. Each has a canopy to the front door. Bramley and Pippen benefit from two dedicated parking spaces whilst Pear Tree Cottage has an attached garage with workshop area. Front and rear gardens are turfed or planted, each property has a patio adjacent to the French doors. The rear boundary is post and rail with a native hedge planted alongside. All residents will have a view of this paddock and beyond.

Bramley Cottage
Bramley Cottage is the larger of the two bedroom cottages as it has a single storey kitchen and a breakfast/dining area.

Pippin Cottage
Pippin Cottage has well proportioned rooms making full use of available space. The main bedroom measures 12ft x 10ft 9” (3.150m x 2.550m).

Pear Tree Cottage
Pear Tree Cottage is our only three bedroom property with the third bedroom measuring 17ft 6” x 9ft 4” (5.4m x 2.850m). An ideal bedroom or home office/study.

Gas heating with radiators is common to all properties.
