Collins Close, Napton

Collins Close is a small-scale development of 12 homes built on a beautiful site on the edge of Napton in Warwickshire. Previously an old nursery business on the edge of the village, the site was already ringed by mature trees and hedgerow, so the new houses were soon integrated into the village landscape. The sloping nature of the site also gave panoramic views across the open countryside, so it made a perfect setting for these homes.

Local Market and Social Housing, Priors Marston Road, Napton

Following years of discussion Noralle Traditional Country Homes Limited is driving the scheme for twenty Local Market and Social Homes.

Noralle constructed and marketed a mixture of three bed bungalows, two and three bed semi-detached houses and three four bed detached homes.

Commercial Office Building in Cosgrove

Noralle designed and built new office buildings for Cosgrove Leisure Park. The project had to be completed within the narrow timeframe between the end of their camping season and be ready for the start of the following season, the entire project was successfully completed within the five month time frame.
